1. Rozporządzenie Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 12.03.2020r.(Dz.U z 2020r.
   poz. 418) zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie dyplomów doktorskich, dyplomów habilitacyjnych i legitymacji doktoranta

   Zgodnie z art. 279 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 3 lipca 2018 r.
   Przepisy wprowadzające ustawę – Prawo o szkolnictwie
   wyższym i nauce (Dz. U. z 2018 r., poz. 1669 z późn. zm.):

   Studia doktoranckie rozpoczęte przed rokiem akademickim 2019/2020 prowadzi się na
   zasadach dotychczasowych, jednak nie dłużej
   niż do dnia 31 grudnia 2023 r.

   Zgodnie z ustawą z dnia z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce (Dz.
   U. z 2018 r., poz. 1668 z późn. zm.) w Politechnice Częstochowskiej utworzono Szkołę Doktorską, która przejmuje kształcenie doktorantów.
   Rekrutacja do Szkoły Doktorskiej rozpoczyna się
   od roku akademickiego 2019/2020.

   Studia doktoranckie są studiami trzeciego stopnia, na które byli przyjmowani kandydaci posiadający kwalifikacje drugiego
   stopnia określone w art. 2 ust.1. pkt. 18g ustawy
   Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym lub byli beneficjentami programu „Diamentowy Grant,” o którym była mowa w art.

   187a ust. 1.

   Studia doktoranckie kończą się uzyskaniem kwalifikacji trzeciego stopnia określonych w art.
   2 ust. 1. pkt. 18h ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym.

   Studia doktoranckie prowadzone są jako studia stacjonarne i niestacjonarne.
   Stacjonarne studia doktoranckie są bezpłatne. Niestacjonarne
   studia doktoranckie były odpłatne. Studia doktoranckie trwają
   nie krócej niż 2 lata i nie dłużej niż 4 lata i realizowane są w oparciu o zatwierdzone przez
   Rady Wydziałów plany i programy studiów.

   Studia doktoranckie w Politechnice Częstochowskiej prowadzone są przez
   jednostki organizacyjne w zakresie następujących dyscyplin naukowych:
