Here are my two biggest concerns for Arsenal right now.
1) Signing Thomas Partey…
Sport is reporting “Arsenal have withdrawn their interest in the Ghanian midfielder as they are unwilling to pay the player’s $65.7-million (USD) release clause.”
If this report has any foundation, than Arsenal need to call Stan Kroenke, beg for the cash and make the deal happen. In my opinion, Willian and Gabriel are great acquisitions for the club, however, I believe Thomas Partey would be our signing of the summer. The man is just that good, and would make an immediate impact for the Gunners and on the Premier League. This signing is a MUST!
2) Allowing Ainsley Maitland-Niles to leave…
I understand AMN wants to be a full-time starter, something he probably won’t get at Arsenal – or will he? Currently, all roads seem to lead to Wolverhampton for the 22-year-old Englishman. However, as an Arsenal supporter, it is my belief Mike Arteta needs the guy to stay. I mean, just 24 days ago he was in the Gunners’ starting XI v Chelsea in the FA Cup Final. Sure, he will probably be more of a role player this coming season, but the fact Arsenal will be competing in four different competitions, and will play a huge amount of games, plus knowing Bellerin and Tierney are not invincible, I think it’s worth the risk for Arteta to take Maitland-Niles off the transfer wire. Sure, the club needs the funds, but there are a host of other Arsenal players I would off-load before AMN.
Just some random thoughts for today.

This is precisely what i said on another blog about AMN . Why sell your most versitile player who is only going to improve . There are Four major competitions , surely he can get regular games . I believe he is even capable of playing a DM . We’ve got a number of other players to sell . On another note it can benefit our players in many ways if they can all get involved in a serious Yoga programme .
