Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – we keep hearing his contract is imminent, however, someone needs to look-up the definition of “imminent.”
Houssem Aouar – Arsenal’s $45.5-million (USD) bid was rejected by Lyon. Matteo Guendouzi was offered as part of the deal, but Lyon wasn’t interest saying, “He is the wrong profile.”
Thomas Partey – he has a $58.5-million (USD) release clause that Arsenal needs to pay. Partey has rejected Atletico Madrid’s latest offer to stay in Spain, and has made it no secret he wants a transfer to the Premier League, and preferably Arsenal.
Lucas Torreira – Fiorentina and Torino are knocking at Arsenal’s door for the midfielder.
Alexandre Lacazette – could the French striker be staying at Arsenal? His name has been missing from recent transfer discussions and rumors.
Hector Bellerin – Barcelona, Juventus, PSG and Leverkusen are all interested in our Spanish fullback.
Rob Holding – It looks like Holding will stay at Arsenal following the neck injury to David Luiz. Newcastle United wanted Holding for a year-long loan.
Sokrates Papstathopoulos – A deal is apparantly close for the Greek defender to move to Napoli in Serie A.
Emiliano Martinez – Arsenal #2 keeper is being heavily pursued by Aston Villa, and Martinez wants to be a #1. He recently rejected Arsenal’s latest contract offer to stay at the Emirates. Aston Villa want to close the deal quickly so Emiliano can be in goal for Villa this weekend.
Nuno Mendes – Reports indicate Arsenal has made a “declaration of intent” for Sporting CP’s fullback Nuno Mendes. Sporting is asking $23.4-million (USD) for the 18-year-old Portuguese.
Antoine Griezmann – the Frenchman insists his future lies at Barcelona, and says he is full of confidence in both the club and new manager Ronald Koeman.
Alphonse Areola – PSG have offered the Gunners a one-year loan deal for the 27-year-old French goalkeeper.
Mesut Ozil – Looks like a 2.0 for the German midfielder at Arsenal.
Shkodran Mustafi, Calum Chambers, Sead Kolasinac and Mo Elneny – all quiet on the transfer front!
