The Record in Portugal is reporting Arsenal has “frozen” their pursuit of Viktor Gyokeres due to Sporting’s asking price. The Gunners bid of $53-million (USD) plus add-ons was rejected by the Portuguese club. ESPN reports Arsenal will make another, larger offer in the coming days. Gyokeres has already rejected a move to Man United.
