As already mentioned, Arsenal has a long road ahead and needs to win every point to even have the slim chance of topping the table on May 25th.
Now, prior to the break, Liverpool had the worst week of their season. They lost a shoot-out to PSG in the Champions League, and then a 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup Final. In that game, Liverpool looked flat, unimaginative and unorganized. Will this drop in performance continue into the final stretch of the Premier League? One can only hope, but with only one trophy to play for you would have to expect the Reds to rebound and play hard to win the title. There hopes of winning 3 or 4 trophies is now gone, but a Premier League title would salvage their season.

Personally, you would have to agree the Gunners are now in a race to finish second for the third straight season.
