This is not a match that will be based on history, or what happened before. This match will be played today, with different players and with different managers. History plays no role in today’s match.
It’s time for the naysayers to hold their words and give Arsenal the respect they deserve. This is a very young club who is not only leading the Premier League, but has also lost only twice in fourteen matches in 2024.
Indeed, the Gunners deserve to be given every opportunity to be acknowledged as strong contenders in the Champions League.

This is not a club who will be going into this match with weak knees or trembling hands. This will be a team that have the fullest confidence in their abilities and in each other.
Emirates Stadium will be in full voice, and will be Arsenal’s 12th man v Bayern Munich. The stadium will be rocking, chanting, shouting, singing and in full belief that Arsenal can beat Thomas Tuchel’s side.
To the naysayers and none believers, hold your thoughts until the match is over. The game must be played before your opinions are worth anything.
