Mikel Arteta faces some question marks for Wednesday’s Champions League match v Club Brugge.
First, the injury list continues to remain a problem. Declan Rice, William Saliba and Leandro Trossard missed Tuesday’s training session, and all three remain a question mark for the UCL match.
Second, the manager needs to get his team back to their winning ways after a last second lost to Aston Villa on the weekend. The match was basically a poor performance from the Gunners, so strong games v Club Brugge and Wolves on Saturday would get the lads back on track.
Arsenal are still the table leaders in both the Premier League and Champions League, however, performances need to improve following the last two v Brentford and Aston Villa.
With that said, here’s is my predicted starting XI for Wednesday…
[4-4-2]
Martinelli, Merino, Saka
Norgaard, Eze, Zubimendi
Calafiori, Hincapie, Timber, White
Predicted final score: Club Brugge 0 – ARSENAL 3

Manchester City is now the leader on top of the Premier League table following Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Burnley. City leads Arsenal on the table by scoring 3 more goals in league play.
On Wednesday, Burnley was relegated back to the Championship joining previously dropping Wolves. One relegation spot remains to be filled.
Chelsea has sacked manager Liam Rosenior just three months into his six-year contract. No replacement has been named.
