The Mirror in London is reporting Mikel Arteta has agreed to become Arsenal’s new manager. He will sign a 3 1/2 year deal once he negotiates his exit from Manchester City. The Gunners front office want him to be in charge of the club’s game this Saturday at Everton.
Arteta is scheduled to be in the Blues dugout on Wednesday during their Carabao Cup game at Oxford United.
Arteta’s deal with Arsenal is said to be worth $6.5 million USD per year.
