Arsenal’s summer spending spree has been nothing short of amazing to watch. Up to this point of the window, the Gunners have spent $350.5-million (USD) in transfer fees. That, my friends, is an extremely large number.
However, now Andrea Berta and Mikel Arteta need to cash in on some players who probably do not fit into the manager’s plans for this season. Cash is needed to help balance the transfer books.
Those players are: Fabio Vieira, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Jakub Kiwior, Reiss Nelson and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
I still think Kiwior will stay in North London unless Arsenal can get a high enough transfer price for the defender.
There has been a lot of speculation and talk surrounding this list of players concerning where they could potentially be sent. Vieira to VfB Stuttgart, Lokonga to PAOK, Kiwior to AC Milan or Porto, Nelson to Fulham and Zinchenko to Fenerbahce seem to be the hottest destinations right now.
Also, with the question marks surrounding the Hazertz injury, Gabriel Jesus should be safe to stay with the club for now. He could end up as a potential January transfer.
Stay tuned, the window has not closed at Arsenal for either the comings or the goings.
