It appears the Arsenal women’s team season is nearing its ending for the current season.
Following a meeting between the Women’s Super League organizers and the FA Board, the financial requirements to keep the league up and running for the remainder of the 201-9-2020 season is cost prohibitive. Both sides are also concerned with how to handle training and match day safety and health precautions, plus social distancing concerns.
A final decision will be handed down next week.
The Arsenal women are currently 3rd in the WSL table.

Manchester City is now the leader on top of the Premier League table following Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Burnley. City leads Arsenal on the table by scoring 3 more goals in league play.
On Wednesday, Burnley was relegated back to the Championship joining previously dropping Wolves. One relegation spot remains to be filled.
