Can we please act like human beings towards each other?
Every day it seems some one in the football world is being threatened or violated on social media, or on the internet. Many of these words are racist and cruel. This has to stop.
Look, I’m no prude and hardly perfect, but I was at least raised to respect other people. Have you ever heard of the Golden Rule?
Football is a sport, a game, and yes, supporters are passionate about their clubs. We love to win, we hate to lose, but as a supporter you have absolutely no right to threaten another human being with his life, his health or threaten his family.
No matter how bad a player plays or a manager manages – GET OVER IT. Life will go on and the planet will keep spinning.
For those of you who fail to live up to the standard of being human, than go away and leave these people alone. This type of behavior is appalling, inhumane, and down right sickening.
To threaten another person is a crime, and those who make these threats should be punished. Having a bad game or being a bad manager is not a crime. But those of you who hide behind the vail of social media and make threats, your actions are criminal!
Get over it! Stop it! Be a human being! Or just go away!
